Sara has had a variety of management positions during her career. Not only in marketing, sales, lean business transformation and continuous improvement but also in the innovation and redesign of services and processes in commercial organisations.
Today, she helps organisations with the strategic design, planning and implementation of creative change, both for the business and the human side. Training and coaching of people and the facilitation of change to come to new ways of working, thinking and acting is what motivates her every day.
